Licensed since 1979, she has consistently ranked among the top agents in the U.S. since 1990. She employs two full-time team members, one part-time support person and a virtual assistant for the past five years. Amazingly, with such a small team, she enjoys a 90% past-client and referral-based business!

Terry’s success in real estate was preceded by 13 years in the banking industry, during which she rose to the level of vice president, overseeing a bank’s real estate lending department. Moerler also managed her own flourishing tax business before deciding her real love was commingling her people skills with her financial acumen.

Terry was a top-producing RE/MAX agent for 15 years prior to joining with 33 shareholders to form a unique company of top-producing real estate teams. While at RE/MAX, Terry earned the Hall of Fame Award in 33 months, and was the recipient of the Prestigious Life Time Achievement Award.

Terry believes that “Knowledge is Power” and has earned numerous real estate designations, including her “e-Pro” certification. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and expertise with her peers. She speaks several times a year and donates 100% of all honorariums to local charities. She has made charitable contributions exceeding $50,000, as well as collected thousands of cans of food for local food banks around the country over the past few years.

Terry was named “Community Service Realtor of the Year” for her local board in 2005. She has been a Rotarian with Westlake Village Sunrise Rotary since 1988, and above all, she has been married to Raymond McCarthy, her best friend and business partner for nearly 20 years. When they are not enjoying wonderful times with grandsons, Jack and Charlie and their daughter, Marlene and son-in-law, Clinton they love traveling the world visiting special friends and people they have met over the years.
