Sheila Gunderson first got into real estate as a teenager in the late 1970s. In and out of the business several times early in her career, she committed her entire focus to real estate in 1997. During that year she closed 50 transactions. However, in the following year her production exploded to over 180 transactions, for a total sales revenue of over $26 million – a record for any Realtor in Medford, OR. In a matter of merely twelve months, she had increased her total number of transactions by 360%, focusing almost exclusively on FSBO’s and Expireds.
