Roy entered the Real Estate industry in 1973, and after quickly establishing himself as a successful agent and broker, Roy established Argall Management, Inc., a multi-site residential fee property management firm, which eventually became the second largest firm of its kind in Pittsburgh, PA.
Roy ran the firm successfully as President and Broker for 22 years, and then spent three years as a Certified Real Estate Instructor at the New York Real Estate Institute, while simultaneously enjoying an active career as an Associate Broker for firms such as Coldwell Banker and the Halstead Property Company.
Anthony Schools (a division of Kaplan Professional Company) recognized Roy’s expertise in the industry, and in 1999 asked him to serve as their Director of Education in California, a post he held until just last year.
Roy holds active Broker’s licenses in the states of California and New York, has an ABR Designation, and recently, drawing from over 33 years of knowledge in the real estate industry, Roy became principal of his own highly successful coaching company, U.S. Coaching. Roy says his mission in coaching is “To help people make good decisions”. |
