At the close of 2005, he and his bright team racked up $72 million in sales revenue for the year. Originally from Chicago, Phil moved to Southern California in 1975 to major in real estate at San Diego State University. Amazingly, by age 19 he was already managing a Coldwell Banker office composed of 45 agents.
At 28, Phil was promoted to Coldwell Banker’s National Headquarters in Newport Beach, becoming the youngest Vice President in their corporate history. He was instrumental in significantly improving key company services, including: mortgage, title, escrow and relocation offerings.
Phil and his wife, Nicole, reside in Laguna Niguel with their daughter, Torie, and sons Ryan and Blake. Phil enjoys selling real estate, and has received numerous awards for doing so, including consecutive recognition as the #1 Prudential agent in Orange County for many years. |
