With over 19 years combined experience as a REALTOR® in the states of Colorado and New York, Peggy Spiro brings a diverse knowledge of the real estate business to her clients. While in New York she was Vice President and Director of Marketing for one of New York's largest commercial real estate firms. After moving to Colorado, she became a well-known local and nationally syndicated radio talk show host, and has been a long-standing resource for the Boulder community.

After experiencing the difficulty of going through a divorce after 32 years of marriage, Spiro decided that helping women in transition was the niche she wanted to focus on. Attending local divorce recovery classes helped her realize that many other women were facing challenging housing choices as a result of divorce, and many agents didn't have the perspective necessary to help them through the process. Spiro decided to focus on this niche to help women through a very difficult process. Subsequently she became very involved with her local divorced women's groups, as well as obtaining her Certified Divorce Specialist Negotiation to help couples navigate the difficult path of divorce with respect. Understanding the emotional issues at stake in a divorce, Peggy provides sound advice and consultation and acts as an advocate for her clients.
