Orly Steinberg was born in Queens, New York as the middle child, and only girl, to an Israeli mother and American father who worked as a cameraman for Eyewitness News in New York. As Orly watched her father dash off to cover breaking news she becam inspired to work in the fast-paced news industry too. She graduated Magna cum Laude in Film and Television from City College of NY in just three years.  Her fourth year was spent in Isreal working as a producer for ABC World News Tonight with Peter Jennings. 

Eventually returning to the states, she got married and had the first of her three daughters. While she enjoyed the role of stay-at-home mom, the business world soon called. But she realized the crazy pace of TV news wouldn'tbe a good fit.

Enter real estate... Orly has been in the business for more than 20 years now and continues to be on a growth path. She started out making just $7000 her first year in the business and then quickly grew to being a $5 million producer as a solo agent. Now she's a $40 million top agent with a small team of just two and a half administrative staff and two buyer agents.
