After working for another agent for 6 months organizing her office, in 1993 Mary Beth Eisenhard decided she wanted her own real estate license. Her first year she worked mainly with rentals; then after a few years of growing her business in 1999 she won what would be the first of many awards with Coldwell Banker. With her husband’s military career, Mary Beth relocated to three different states, three different times, and each time started from zero and methodically established a thriving real estate business once again. The most recent family move took her from Alabama to Virginia, where she joined forces with Long & Foster and has subsequently been in the President’s Club for 2003, and the Chairman’s Club for 2004, 2005, & 2006. Last year she sold 23 homes with $9.3 million in production.
