Interested in real estate since her teens, Linnette Edwards, founder of MyHousingGuide.com and Associate Broker with Prudential CA Realty, took a roundabout way into the industry. A native of the East Bay, she first did an internship with a commercial RE company CB Richard Ellis. Then the dotcom world exploded and she found she excelled in the marketing arena. But shortly before the bottom fell out of that industry she realized the corporate environment wasn’t a perfect match for her, so she followed her instincts to Zip Realty.
