Kelly has enjoyed a successful career in the combined fields of technology and training for over ten years, most recently focusing on the exciting challenges of the online training niche. Prior to joining iSucceed in 2004, Kelly was the Lead Online Trainer for Clear Channel Communications, where she designed and delivered synchronous and asynchronous software training sessions to hundreds of Clear Channel radio station personnel across the country, putting into place an online training template that is still in use today.

Throughout the dotcom years Kelly excelled first at web hosting giant Verio, Inc., and later at Los Angeles based DSL provider Zyan Communications, combining her training and technical expertise in such roles as Systems Engineer, Lead Corporate Trainer, and Manager of the Technical Support department. Kelly’s ability to break down complex technical concepts into easy to understand language revived Zyan’s struggling Partner Program; and shortly after she implemented an online Partner Training Initiative the company enjoyed an 80% decrease in order errors and a huge boost in partner profits.

Kelly brings a love of language, technology, training, and a keen editing eye to the Content Department at iSucceed, and continually seeks out new advances in the Web Based Training and Online Learning methodologies.
