John Pinto is Broker-Owner of Realty World - John V. Pinto & Associates, Inc., based out of San Jose and & Morgan Hill, California. A full-time Realtor for more than 33 years in Santa Clara County, John holds multiple designations such as CRS, CRB, ABR, SRES, AND e-PRO, with personal transactions totaling in excess of $750 million in Santa Clara County residential real estate.
Active in his community, John sits on various boards and committees every year, and gives back to the industry at large by speaking in interviews, newspapers, television, and radio, as well as continuing to post new content in his large podcast library which is available to the public and covers a wide variety of interesting consumer topics.
In 2001 & 2002 John was chosen as one of the top Realtors in the country with more than $61.68 million in sales volume and 123 transactions, then followed that up in 2006 by being chosen Broker of the Year.
In his free time John enjoys drawing on his Italian heritage by cooking Italian meals for family and friends at his home away from home in Napa Valley, California, and in fact, has been known to prepare exclusive Italian dinners for clients after closing, in their very own kitchens. |
