After raising her three children, she returned to Coldwell Banker Sycamore Realty in 1989. Her heavy emphasis on continuing education led Cathy to break several top-producing records, including becoming the #1 agent at Coldwell Banker from 1995 to 1997.

In 1998, she established her own Real Estate Agency – Cathy Russell Team Real Estate. Cathy’s achievements in 2005 continue to evidence her success: she and her expert team closed 339 transactions for a total sales volume of nearly $41 million. As a 26-year veteran of the industry and a proud grandmother now, Cathy continues to emphasize learning, doing her very best, and helping people get what they want out of life, all the while having FUN!
