A Master Certified Coach, former owner/broker of an independent real estate company, and faculty member of Coach University, Byron has pioneered the integration of coaching and training by conference call for both small and large businesses. Byron worked with IBM's Internal Executive Development Team instructing them on how to use the conference call learning model to deliver their "Organizational Climate" program to IBM's 700 top executives world-wide, and he was involved in Coldwell Banker's expansion of conference call training and coaching to its 70,000 agents. Byron is responsible for leading, developing, and training other coaches and trainers to deliver group coaching education using the conference call learning model, and has personally trained over 1500 participants from over 13 countries.
