She worked them consistently, and six months later, just after her first full year in real estate, Denise reported a GCI of over $100,000. After remaining top of market in her field for many years, Denise realized she was spending more and more time mentoring fellow agents; soon afterwards she switched gears and went into training and mentoring agents full-time.
