To put both the sellers and buyers minds at ease, as well as her own, Sandra created the “Smooth Move Program.” The Smooth Move Program is a three-inspection program that surveys the whole house, the structure and the possibility of termite infestation, to ensure that the home is “problem proof”. Since introducing the program to her business two years ago, Sandra’s market share has gone from below 30 percent to 42 percent, and the Smooth Move Program is the only thing she’s done differently. |
