For more than 31 years, Scott has been a top producer in the real estate industry. A graduate of Cal State Northridge with a degree in science, he has held a general building contractors’ B-1 license for more than 30 years. Scott is proud to be a native California and his strengths in building, marketing, and finance provide invaluable resources to all his clients. His diverse background in residential real estate, the industrial commercial market, subdivision land, lots, exchanges and trades helps Scott to create a sale when one may never of existed.

Scott first started in real estate in the San Fernando Valley in Sothern California in 1976 and, in one year, became the top salesman in the entire company before going on to become the vice president of American Home REALTORS®. He moved to San Diego 22 years ago and became the top salesman at Hanson’s Realty in Escondido before joining Dyson & Dyson Real Estate Associates and specializing in Rancho Santa Fe, North San Diego County, and coastal communities. Scott then founded Distinctive Properties Real Estate in Del Mar with Re/Max, which became a force in the market place for North San Diego County.

In 2007, Scott proudly aligned himself with the prestigious Villa Sotheby’s International Realty brokerage that serves San Diego County and also operates offices in the desert communities of Palm Springs, Indian Wells and La Quinta.

Scott’s experience and professionalism insures smooth transactions, and he is committed to staying on the cutting edge of industry advances. Scott has closed hundred of millions of dollars in real estate transaction in his career through his knowledge, creativity and integrity and he is proud that 80% of his business is from repeat referrals.
