After graduating from University with a Business Degree in 1975, Bob immediately started in the real estate industry, focusing on investment real estate sales. He invariably got the bug for the industry, and started a development company completing projects in Hawaii, Whitefish, Montana, and Calgary, Alberta.
Bob has sold real estate in the Truckee/North Tahoe area since 1992, closing over 1,700 transactions in his market with his long-time partner Nancy Davis as an operating partner of the Davis Yoder Realty Group, which is affiliated with Keller Williams Boice Realty. Their team is composed of nine members, including: two buyer agents, a transaction coordinator, a listing partner, a web/IT manager, an office assistant and a runner.
The Davis Yoder Realty Group was featured in the 2000 Realtor Magazine as one of the top 100 most productive agents in the nation. In 2005 the team closed $49 million in sales on 77 transactions. The team averages $50 million in sales per year, and their 2006 goal is $70 million in sales revenue on 90 transactions.
Bob’s philosophy includes a very healthy balance of work and play. He averages 100 days of skiing and 90 days of golf each year, in addition to managing The Davis/Yoder Realty Group. |
