With his license in hand in 2001, Robert Schantz immediately partnered with a local developer and started on the fast track to success, becoming instrumental in helping this builder deliver approximately 360 luxury high rise residential units to the downtown San Diego market, and over the years gained extensive knowledge in the niche market of downtown San Diego condos. Fast forward to 2008, now the broker for the Willis and Clark Team, Robert has stepped away from the day-to-day real estate activities of an agent and instead focuses his time and energy on coaching new and established agents on how to reach higher levels of success and production.
Robert has authored two publications: "Questions every Savvy Real Estate Investor needs to ask before they purchase a Pre-Construction Condo or Re-sale Condo" and "Top Agent Secret's Revealed-Tips for new agents to use to succeed in Real Estate Sales”, and he maintains an excellent agent-centric blog packed with tips and tricks every agent can use. |
