New to the industry in July of 2001, Rob had little experience in the area save for the route he drove delivering newspapers. Determined to make his wife's salary in one year so she could stay home with their second child, Rob began an almost unconscious campaign to work by referral. He recalls, " I spoke to everyone I knew and I let them know I was in the business, and I asked them for referrals."
Rob prefers to invest his money in his clients versus in huge marketing budgets, and so his expenses tend towards client lunches, dinners, appreciation parties and the like. Combining his referral-based philosophy with a strong internet presence, Rob's persistence has paid off in his thriving business and solid client base.
