Mollie Wasserman has always loved to play matchmaker – identifying customer’s needs and finding just the right products or service to match them. In Real Estate, she has combined her unique talents and outgoing personality with the integrity and pioneering spirit of Keller Williams Realty. Her team, Mollie & Company, services greater Boston’s western and southwestern suburbs.

Mollie has a knack for embracing the opportunities presented by change, while at the same time avoiding its pitfalls. She is an industry leader in the implementation of technology and other innovative concepts, such as consulting fee alternatives to the traditional sales commission model.

Mollie designed her first web site in 1995, went live in March of 1996 with www.MollieW.com, and has since received national recognition from such media as Banker & Tradesman, Forbes.com, Money.com, and the National Association of Realtors Realtor Magazine®. In 1998, Mollie was profiled in Intel’s research paper entitled, 'The Agent of the Future' concerning the transformation of the real estate industry. The International Real Estate Directory (IRED) has consistently awarded her site with 'Top 10' honors. In 2002 Mollie added a new site to her current online repertoire, www.myREConsultants.com, devoted to real estate consulting and fee-based options.

Mollie holds the following designations: her Broker’s License, Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist (RECS), and ePro Certified Internet Professional. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from the University of Southern Mississippi, and a Master of Business Administration (with a concentration in Marketing) from Northeastern University.

Raised in Texas, Mollie attended schools in Florida, Pennsylvania, and Mississippi before settling down in Boston in 1979. She and her husband Steve live in Medway, MA, with their two sons, Jeffrey and Daniel, not to mention the family’s dog, Kirby. In her free time Mollie enjoys cooking, playing guitar and piano, and goofing around with her boys.
