A former school teacher who was laid off because of budget cutbacks in 1978, Marta was prompted to begin a successful career in real estate. Since the early eighties, Marta has developed her business through extensive farming, personal promotion and client retention. She sold residential lots during the first 10 years of her career, then in 1988 created a dedicated top-notch team of three buyer specialists, and began selling home after home after home.
In 1996 Marta's husband, Neil, joined her team, adding new strong dimension to her already thriving real estate enterprise. Together, they closed over $64 million in 2004, and again exceeded that goal in 2005 with over $80 million in sales volume on over 100 transactions. |
