Lewis Walker possesses a broad real estate background in consulting, mortgage administration, land development, commercial and residential sales, brokerage management and advertising. Licensed in Texas since 1977, he has owned over 40 rental properties and developed and marketed over 2,000 acres of land. Lewis is also a member of the Re/Max Hall of Fame, and his local and international expertise, coupled with the right niche marketing tools for his unique properties, ensures that his clients receive the very highest level of service.

A few of these include: tax-deferred exchanges, construction protocol, builder/developer cost and profit margins, easements, mineral rights and searches, surface rights, transportation routes, topography, aerials, faults, foliage, water conditions, wetlands, endangered species, flood plains, hazardous sites, values from soils, timber and other concerns. This extensive local knowledge and familiarity with many of Houston’s indigenous features has benefited Lewis’ clientele since 1977.

From 1990 to 1996 Walker was the executive producer for the RE/MAX “Woodlands Home Show”, a real estate television program broadcast daily in his market. In 1995, his Internet site forged a new perspective in multimedia exposure. His award-winning Internet presence has grown to twelve web sites, attracting buyers from Australia, England, Singapore, Germany and Norway, as well as throughout Texas.
