Jim Abbott is a fourth generation native San Diegan and the Managing Partner of Jim Abbott and Associates, Prudential California Realty. He is proud of the place he calls home, and for over twenty years has made the success of hundreds of homeowners his top priority.

Community volunteerism is another of Jim’s hallmarks. As president of a new library in Rancho Bernardo funded by six years of hard-fought volunteer efforts, Jim is proud to preside over a healthy building endowment and bright future for local education.

 

Jim also founded the San Diego Association of Realtors Downtown Real Estate Marketing Group, whose goals are to discuss overall market conditions and inventory, coordinate the tour of new listings, and create a place where the exchange ideas and important information can flow freely.

 

Jim has also served as a director of both the San Diego and California Associations of Realtors – organizations that promote high professional standards and a strong commitment real estate consumers.
