Jeff Scislow is a seven-time top RE/MAX Associate for Minnesota and a RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Lifetime Achievement, Circle of Legends award-recipient. He has sold over 2300 homes during his 20-year career.  In 2005 Jeff closed over $35 million in sales and at the mid-point of 2006 he had already closed 166 transactions worth over $40 million in volume.

In 1989 Jeff was quoted as saying, “The impossible is not possible, unless you're a dreamer.” He has always challenged himself to think out of the box. In 1986 he was rookie of the year, selling 58 homes. In 1990 he was a pioneer when he hired an agent to specifically show homes for him; the buyer agent concept has grown in popularity ever since. In 1995 Jeff was the first individual Realtor® in Minnesota to have a personal website. In 2004, once again Jeff is pioneering a new way of conducting real estate business by assisting real estate investors in purchasing property outside of his home state of Minnesota; predominantly in Florida.

Through his www.Minnesota2Florida.com  website, advertising and local seminars, Jeff continues to sell large volumes of investment real estate in Florida and other key markets in the USA.  Today, using the franchising concept, Jeff is setting up other “investment-minded” real estate agents in their respective marketplaces around the country through www.America2Florida.com.  Jeff supplies these agents with all the tools they need to sell an extra 100 properties per year, and his program includes opportunities in various projects, including: contracts with developers/builders, lead-capturing websites (hosting included), PowerPoint presentations for seminars, sales databases for tracking/processing, and training. Jeff charges no up-front fees to these agents, and pays outstanding referral fees on all additional business that is generated.
