Relocation is Alice's forte. She is a Certified Relocation Specialist (CRS) and has created an innovative relocation program that served as a model for many brokerages in the states in which she's been licensed.
Alice has been profiled in Realty Times, IRED, Realtor Magazine, the Real Estate CyberSpace Society and a plethora of other published books and web sites on Internet marketing. Alice also shares, as an instructor and through panels, speaking appearances and her writing. She is ePRO500 certified and holds the RECS designation.
Alice has written many articles to help agents become successful with their web sites and shares these articles with Realtors nationally. One topic: "CyberTheft, Three Thefts in One," covers the dangers of copyright violations. Exit Strategies for Agents and Brokers is one of Alice's latest topics.
Alice has been a Real Estate CyberSpace Society member for seven years, and she says that as much as she shares, she receives in return from her fellow CyberSpace members.
