After showing one couple several properties, they informed me they had found a FSBO, and that the seller’s agent wouldn't pay me. One offer was accepted for another couple, but the appraisal was short $7,000. They were told about a FSBO, and ‘stole’ it from an older couple. It's discouraging to put so much time and work into people, only to have them act this way. How can I prevent this situation from happening again in the future?
