Q: One of my sellers contacted me about pulling his listing. His house has been listed for 30 days and shown 22 times, so my agent has advertised and done his job. My client spoke with another agent who disagreed with the number of showings. I explained that my agent had done his job, and that it was very unethical for another agent to get involved in such a way. How should I handle the situation?
