Based in Kamloops, BC Canada, Broker-Owner Vince Cavaliere is the motivator, trainer and driving force behind the Vince Cavaliere Team at River City Realty.

Vince entered the real estate industry 1993, and during his first two rookie years worked with FSBOs and Expireds to generate business.   As his business grew so did his knowledge of marketing and customer service, and within a short time he was well known throughout his local community.  Throughout the next 12 years Vince won numerous awards during his successful career with RE/MAX, including the Lifetime Achievement, Hall of Fame, and Chairman's Club awards.  Today Vince boasts a 5% market share in a city with an approximate population of 90,000 residents.

In 2006 Vince amicably parted with REMAX and started his own company, River City Realty.  Members of his six-member team include three licensed selling partners, a sales manager, a transaction coordinator, and his wife Katrina who as Office Manager keeps the operation running smoothly. Now deeply experienced in the area of marketing and creating a brand, Team Cavaliere is truly the 'Brand of Choice' for many in his local community, enjoying instant brand recognition and the successful conclusion of 186 transactions in 2006.
