iSucceed Announces the Latest Real Estate Industry Experts to be Appointed as Mentors

Aliso Viejo, CA, Aug. 3rd, 2005 – iSucceed, the largest provider of real estate mentoring and training services, announced this week the latest industry experts to be appointed as iSucceed Mentors.

Byron Van Arsdale (Realestatecoach.com)

A Master Certified Coach, former owner and broker of an independent real estate company, and faculty member of Coach University, Byron has pioneered the integration of coaching and training by conference call for both small and large businesses. Working with IBM's Internal Executive Development Team, Byron instructed them on the application of the conference call learning model, allowing IBM to deliver its Organizational Climate program to its top 700 executives worldwide.

Byron was also involved with Coldwell Banker's expansion of conference call training to its base of 70,000 agents. As co-owner of realestatecoach.com, Byron is responsible for the leadership and development of the conference call learning model, having personally trained over 1,500 participants from over 13 countries. Byron lends his expertise to iSucceed in the form of a new Counseling Call aptly named, “The Anatomy of a Phone Call”, where he explains how cultivating a positive, friendly phone personality can make the difference between a successful transaction and a lost opportunity.

Mollie Wasserman (The Home Consultants, Keller Williams)

As an agent for over 10 years, Mollie Wasserman combines her unique talents and outgoing personality with the integrity and pioneering spirit of Keller Williams Realty. Her team, “The Home Consultants”, serve Greater Boston’s western and southwestern suburbs with careful concern for providing the best client service they can.

Mollie has a knack for embracing the opportunities presented by change, while at the same time avoiding its pitfalls. Mollie explores innovative real estate sales concepts, such as consulting fee alternatives to the traditional sales commission model. Always fascinated by the technology as a weapon in the arsenal of any prepared agent, Mollie went live with her first real estate Web site March of 1996.

In 2002, Mollie added a new site to her current online repertoire, myREconsultants.com, wholly devoted to real estate consulting and fee-based options. Her two-part Counseling Call, entitled “Demystifying the Fee for Service Model”, is now available at iSucceed.com.

These two real estate professionals join an esteemed faculty of over 175 iSucceed Mentors who regularly contribute their personal experience, wisdom, and sound counsel to iSucceed members, enhancing business practices and ensuring future success.
