RealtyU Joins the iSucceed Family
The RealSure Group Acquires All Outstanding Stock in RealtyU
Aliso Viejo, CA, Oct. 27th, 2005 — RealSure Group, Inc., the parent company of iSucceed, announced recently that it has acquired 100% of all of the outstanding stock of RealtyU®, Inc.
In a statement about the acquisition, Chairman and CEO of the RealSure Group Stefan Swanepoel explains, “Increasing our ownership from 40% to 100% affords us the opportunity to expand both the products and services offered by the RealtyU® schools, significantly enhancing the career development opportunity for agents.” The RealtyU® network of schools and colleges currently serves over 200 campuses in 42 states, with more than 400 instructors educating over 300,000 real estate professionals every year.
RealtyU® has been extremely active in the marriage of online technologies with the classroom experience through various initiatives such as CourseDates.com and RealtyU Online.
