Aliso Viejo, Calif. January 12th, 2005 – iSucceed, the provider of online real estate mentoring and coaching services, has announced its top 10 most viewed Success Modules for 2004.

Although the topics featured covered the broad spectrum of issues facing today’s real estate agent, FSBOs and expireds continue to dominate the top slots.

Given that tens of thousands of agents have access to over 300 hours of real estate training content in 60 categories, the popularity of these multimedia strategies are a reflection of the trends affecting the residential real estate industry at large.

"2004 was a seller’s market in most areas of the country," says Bill Shue, COO of iSucceed. "The real estate bubble continued throughout the year, and agents were looking for that competitive advantage to obtain listings that were in short supply."

iSucceed Mentor and a previous Nevada top producer Mark McKee, for a second year in a row held the top spot with "My FSBO Campaign That Generated 20 Percent of My Business."

Nelson Zide’s "Scripts That Earn Your Full Commission and Price the House Your Way - Overcoming Objections with Listings" jumps to the #2 position, with Mark McKee’s "Guide to Referral Success" rounding out the top three.

"We noticed a small shift in the second half of 2004 with a move to referrals and overcoming objections as two Success Modules offering solutions in this regard jumped into two of the top three positions," said Shue. "This may be an indication that the seller’s market during the first half of 2004 may be cooling off and real estate agents are looking for ways to enhance their business and real estate marketing using different strategies."
